Jarlsberg is a traditional hard cheese from Norway. It is similar to Emmental, conplete with holes, but is has a sweeter, more nut-like flavour. I Reckon it should have been Carlsberg: hard Yeah that's me, It is similar to Emmental Well I suppose I am mental. sweeter Ahhh, nice. nut-like yeah, well....pretty acurate actually. Dougal as a Danish Blue, Soft, sometimes a little bit off and very smelly! ouch

Double Gloucester

A traditional unpasteurized cheese, made in Gloucestershire since the middle ages. Double Gloucester is a firm, full cream cheese, made with the milk from two milking sessions, hence the name. It has a hard rind, and a rich, buttery taste, and a pale orange colour.

Screacher's a traditional hard cheese, named after the Swiss village of the same name. It has a hard, dry brown rind, which is pitted with tiny holes. The cheese is yellow and slightly grainy, with flavours varying from fruity to earthy and nutty.

Fully expected Tudor cheese and onion, climb a moontain man but the Buff is Schloss, a semi firm (those bliddy pills again) Austrian cheese similar to Limburger but with a stronger flavour, golden white with creamy texture.
