If you ever wanna look and see how someone did something in HTML, you go up to the top left of your browser and click "View" and then "Page Source" or "Source Document". (Or "source code", or "view source". I forget what it says in Explorer.)

The [] brackets are what you use on Ultimate Bulletin Boards. Those aren't HTML, which is what's used on most of the rest of the web.

Hope that wasn't patronizing -- it wasn't aimed at anyone in particular. But I remember that the first time someone told me that stuff, it helped a lot.

OK, mine are all pretty bad, and here's why:

This one I did for my roommate, originally in FrontPage, then I found out my ISP didn't host FP server extensions on member sites (they suck), so I route everyone through Homestead.com: Charlotte Mabrey's Percussion Site - plus I'm still trying to manage pics properly, so they're not too big, but I don't have it yet so the load time is bad.

This is just a little cute one I did about my trip to NYC to see Eddie Izzard. I'm in one of the photos on the first photo page. Sometimes Homestead really sucks (pictures load funny, slow, etc.) but I think this is really gonna be the wave of the future (so bone heads like me can do little personal sites.)
