Please help! It looks the VideoStudio4 does not provide 1150kb bitrate mpeg1 format to create a menu clip for VCD and EZCD4. If any one know how please help. Thanks.

Answers

I was able to import a image and then set the duration to 10 sec. I selected a project type of Video CD (NTSC) and then saved the movie. Worked great.
