people who don't like Bring It On

the damndest thing happened to me at work today. I wandered down to the classroom of the school's cheerleading coach to get her desktop machine back on our wireless network. while I was there I mentioned Bring It On and she told me she took her cheerleaders to see it and THEY ALL HATED IT. She also said most of the final competition was illegal due to some of the moves. I was shocked and the rest of the day was kind fo a blur. Do you think the cheerleaders just don't get the whole girl-girl Eliza vibe? Or are they just plain STUPID.

what a strange coincidence. i was at work today too and not only did I encounter cheerleaders, but the were all bi-sexual and engaging in very taboo activities. before i could discern whether or not this was a dream, i was surrounded by a bounty of nymphettes wearing wool pleated skirts and longsleeve monogrammed sweaters. i looked left, then right, then tried to slowly back away but they were flanking me too. i toppled over and was lunged at by the cheering hoard. then suddenly, i was naked and being tossed aloft--to the yells and cheers of eliza look-a-likes, while janet jackson music pounded in the background. "GIMMEE A 'D' GIMMEE AN 'A' GIMMEE A 'V'....

No one here has seen it! It's driving me crazy! I'm making it my mission to get my co-workers to go see it. I really can't figure out how people could not like this movie. Do they not understand it? I'm dead serious. Genuine confusion over here.

We should do that. Have a Bring It On night and force everyone we know to go. Then we could have a discussion afterwards highlighting the pros of the movie. Because there are no cons.

I might have to leave Georgia for that.
