Desaiily was mouthing him off and fouling him .. Wise then tried to wind Shola up , Shearer got involved but Desailly and Wise wouldnt let go cos hes onoly a young un . At one hilarious moment Wise squared up to him .. 5'6 v 6'4 hilarious .. Shola looked like he was gonna bury him . He wasnt intimidated at all .. this lad has big future me thinks : - ))

In an funny way I bet he impressed a fair few not with his footballing but in the way he stood up to those experienced internationals.

Bobby also sounded impressed by the way he stood his ground. There were a few quotes in yesterday's Chronicle along the lines of Ameobi not being afraid to stand up for himself. Also a great photo of him staring down the dwarf.
