What are you angry about? And is this year off to a good or bad start?

The fact that I have 9 days in Boston, which is my [joint] favourite of all the American cities I have visited, and I have to spend a day of it in New York, which is pretty much my least favourite. I know it probably sounds a bit bizarre, but take it from me, I'm not happy. "Price of friendship", hah.

This year?? I'm not sure. Part good, part bad. But ask me again in two weeks' time after I've started university.

I'm too tired to be angry right now. Annoyed, sure: I want to get a role in a play, I want a job, and I want enough time to do all these things.

But as for the year... it's off to an okay start, I guess, but I really wish things hadn't changed. I was really very happy with the way things were last spring, and now it's all completely different. A new school, new people at the old one, all my friends scattered around... It sucks. (Except for the fact that my classes themselves seem pretty nice).

This year would be better if I would get off my effing ass and do some work. I'm ISU's #1 Slacker, or some shit. I should make myself a t-shirt.

Hmmm. I have tonsilitis and a cold and so on (pity, pity). College is... eek worthy and half my friends have deserted me... So, good start then! Boohoo.

Well, in my first week at University, I: 1)fried my monitor 2)lost my brand spankin' new glasses 3)developed a loathing for a clingy floormate 4)hit my limit for debit purchases for the week on my account, with three classes worth of books left to buy for 5)woke up three days with a migraine.

Peachy!

I'm sick, I'm tired, I have homework to do, I have to go to work at 7:00 in the morning, I have to babysit my brother and sister all night on a saturday night, I have to watch "A Bug's Life," I can't eat fast food, pizza is greasy, we don't have anything to drink in the house besides milk and water, and I have $100 burning a hole in my pocket. But can I spend it? NO! Why? Because I owe my parents $80 of it, and the gas tank is empty and it takes $35 to fill it up.

Let's just say I'm upset.

I'm a bit angry about having to take EVIL BORRING HORRID AWFUL Geometry for a second time. And the fact that I have to take Religion at all. This year it's Catholic Morality.

It's off to a good start, otherwise.
