Tell him B*ll*x Dougal , like im telling every bit of blue scum mouthing off here . Ill tell you what Cockneys cannot abide us being top .. ' that wont last long ' , ' you were lucky last night etc.. ' ive heard it all , and they all know nowt . Id just say to them if they can let a 2-0 lead go at home then what hope have they got in front of 52000 of us : - ))

The lad's obviously sh*tting himself about Saturday. Chelsea only looked good in fits and spurts last night, and all in all it's beginning to lookl a bit flimsy at Stamford Bridge, despite all the star names. Or probably because of..

Bobby Robson has shown what a difference team spirit makes - I could quite easily see Chealsea being embarassed, and the ramifications could be interesting.

It is well documented that the Chelsea players can't perform away from home as well as they do at Stamford Bridge. Couple with the fact that they've just played Arsenal, they will be there for the beating.

We'll have Nobby,Cort and Barton back. Any news on Domi and Glass injuries. Not Glass injuries etc etc before you get that one in!

spot on men. laugh in his face. where are Chelsea now? I would have thought a few of the team are still smarting from the semi. I reckon Chelsea are going to get a solid doing over. Mark my words Doogs, this Saturday has 'revenge' written all over it. I can't imagine Chelsea re looking forward to it at all. Le Bouef regularly has nightmares at SJP keep your smile on baby - enjoy the moment. we are top on merit beating Spurs was not spawny, neither was beating Derby or Cov stuff this weasel...

It wasn't that I agree with him, Gav, it's just people pissing on our bonfire that annoys me. I seem to recall politely congratulating himn after they beat Barca in the CL. I nonetheless knew they'd get beaten at the Nou Camp.

Always beat us??? Didn't we rather soundly spank their overpaid backsides all the way to west London season before last in the final game of the season?

Fret not, cockneys are all mouth

Haway Dougal pet. You can't expect Chelsea fans to be celebrating us being top. They've got their own worries (just 2 points clear of a relegation spot (-; )

In your Chelsea slums ...

No, but it was the whole way it was said - really took the shine off the day.

If it bothers you that much Dougal, just thump him. Or kick him in the goolies.

I'm afraid you'll just have to get used to it Dougal. Although YBR is cautious (and rightly in my view because we do not have the depth we need yet) the reappearance of NUFC at the top of the league annoys people because we threaten to sustain it and so complete the task started by Hall and Keegan. Supporters of other teams obviously will not like this - but the press and television will also not like it because our regional emphasis is against their interests as they see it.

Dougal.....if this know nowt Chewsee playboy still goes on about the fact that they always tonk us.....just ofer his the following to read:

At SJP, we have played Chelsea seven times and the scores in those matches have been:

0-0 (93/94) 4- 2 (94/95) 2-0 (95/96) 3-1 (96/97) 3- 1 (97/98) 0-1 (98/99) 1-0 (99/00)

Now according to my calculations that is 5 Toon wins, 1 Chewsee win and 1 draw.....which also returns 13 Toon goals as opposed to 5 Chewsee goals.....sorry, who tonks who here!
