i)Plenty of the predictable Shearer baby headlines:

ii) Confirmation that Real Madrid, after spending #7 million on Luis Figo, are #165 million in debt.
iii) 'Sicknote' Anderton is injured again - looks like another serious groin injury, which could be a real problem for him.
iv) Villa have slapped a #20 million price-tag on Gareth Barry
v) On the transfer front:
- AC Milan have offered #28 million for a famous star called Nowotny!
- Paul Kitson is on his way to Birmingham
- Celtic & Blackburn are discussing swapping Eyal Berkovic and Christian Dailly
- Derby are now pursuing Toon & spurs target, Chris Morgan, of Barnsley
- Boro are after Notts Forest FB Alan Rogers.
