Who/what is the cutest animated character in the universe? (See, it's animated. So y'all don't be saying "John Taylor" or anything like that. Can I pick Hello Kitty? She's a cartoon, but I've never seen her "animated." Jigglypuff is indeed way cute, as is Pikachu. Another favorite pokemon is Charmander. But most off all I love the PowerPuff Girls because they are cute *and* tough.

I think Chococat, Pikachu, Bubbles and the wee little kitten that the enormous, gruff bulldog always gets in trouble trying to protect on those old cartoons. Funniest thing is when the kitten walks up his face and kneads a resting spot on top of his head and he tolerates it. "mew."
