Gwen's Mexican Adventure.

Excellent cartoon, Gwen! I especially like the art this time. And I'd take the moral to heart, but I doubt I'll be in a situation where guys in Mexico want to kiss me anytime soon... hmm, make that never. :-)

Here's hoping there are many more cartoons to come!

Well, apart from the fact that every time I try to close my eyes and go to sleep I have an image of a needle poking into my eye, I thought it was fabulous.

Seriously, that's going to haunt me for a very long time.

It was actually an open safety pin, but I didn't wanna break the prose flow with that trifling detail.

Moral #2: don't try to separate your eyelashes with sharp objects of ANY kind. Letty had injured herself the EXACT same way some time before, but I didn't learn the lesson. I'm hard-headed like that.

Thanks, y'all. Next comes the super-racy comic.

Looking forward to it! :)

Gwen! Excellent new comic! I really thought it was funny.

Gwen, great comic! And, FYI, I did learn a lesson. I'm throwing out my eye-needles right now....

Ha. Thanks, y'all.

I loved it. I sent the link to a bunch of my friends and told them there was going to be a quiz later so they better haul their asses on over here. Most of them get their e-mail at work; doing the work they are being paid to do is no excuse for not coming over to Gwentown in my book.

As always, thank you, Gwen!

NEEDLE! EW! Yikes!

Gwennie, I'm going to buy you an eyelash brush/comb thing RIGHT NOW. (But you probably have 14 of them laying about after poking yourself. "As Gawd is my witness, I shall never go clumpy again!")

Yes, thanks, I do. That story happened ten years ago.

And now... the new cartoon! Again, y'all are warned that it's racy. If you can't hang with stories about women dancing semi-nude for money, please don't read it.

And while I'm here, I should tell y'all that the Gwentown shirts (both of them) come in sizes up to 3XL now. Woo hoo! So if you wanted a bigger one earlier, now you can get one.

(Apologies in advance to the people who will get this exact same info through the mailing list.)

Loved the new comeek, Gwen! The last frame was my favorite. You're really quite brave and secure and open-minded to do such things. I'd be way too freaked out; wouldn't be able to deal with all the mixed emotions and insecurities. I think I'd sit there and mentally list all my bodily shortcomings and compare myself unfavorably with the dancers. And I would never be able to stand watching some other girl rub herself all over my s.o. Didn't it make you feel jealous?

Wow, Gwen, this cartoon was even better. And it wasn't even all that racy. That chick who dissed you doesn't know what she was missing.

Aren't strip joints weird? I've been to one once in my whole life. Some deep-pocketed businessman took out a bunch of people from my old job to a strip joint. The place was crowded, there weren't any female patrons, and the girls got buck-naked, no g-strings or nothin'. We were there for hours and this guy was buying table (lap) dances for everyone. I got two. I enjoyed them! But the overall experience was bizarre, I thought. Will you ever do it again? If you do, will you make a cartoon for us?

It didn't make me jealous. Paul goes to those places with his friends when they have birthday parties or whatever. I don't really care, because... I don't know. I just don't. I guess if he wanted to be with those girls, he wouldn't have married me.

If I do go back, it'll be when they're having the free lobster buffet or whatever. And if anything new and exciting happens, I will definitely make a comic about it.

Thanks, y'all!
