If you're in the 612, 763 or 952 area codes, keep
an eye on your long-distance phone bills. You may
be getting overcharged for long-distance calls. And
your calling card may have been canceled.

programming error in one file we sent to long-
distance carriers,'' Qwest spokesman Bryce Hallowell
said Wednesday. ``That error resulted in the
erroneous cancellation of customers' long-distance
plans and calling cards in the 612, 952 and 763 area
