I managed to find someone who doesn't need his season ticket this season, so I paid him to use it for this season only. The problem is, how do I manage to get away / FAC tickets? I have the little book of forms to send in, but do they cross check them? As in, if I give my Visa number, with my name, and enclose a stamped/addressed envelope with MY address, will they look at the form (which is barcoded) and say 'Hold on, wrong name, wrong address for this season ticket holder'? I don't want to get the real ticket holder in any sort of bother. The obvious one is to get the other guy to apply, but he's out the country for a while.....

I've applied using other people's vouchers on many occaisions without any bother. Although the season ticket itself is supposed to be non- transferrable there's no rule to say that only the ticket holders credit card or cheque can be used to pay for extras.

The ticket office told me that they are aware ticket sharing goes on, they will not take action against that but don't want to encourage touts and will take action if your ticket is found being offered above the face value - fair enough I suppose.
