I think it was still mathematically possible for us to win the league if we stuck 4 past Spurs and Manchester United lost but it was never going to happen, was it? Sir Les scored for us and the lads still deserved a lap of honour for one of the most amazing seasons ever when we went from a side who might bugger up the title race to one that might win it.
