Ranges have signed Ronald De Boer for 6 million. A player we could do with but a bit expensive for a 30 year old.

They are also holding talks with John Hartson about a possible 7 million switch!! Looks like we got a bargain in Carl Cort. What will Wimbledon do with all their money? I for one hope they go back to the lower leagues in search for talent and come up with a crop of excellent players again. It would take the piss out of clubs trying to buy their way to success. They must have a few million in the bank now. That Icelandic geezer (geddit?) 5 mill, Cort 7 mill, Hartson 7 mill, Thatcher 5 mill well that's 24 million for those four players.

I'm not sure we could sell four players for 24 million!!
