Flaps - you can maybe answer a question then

Problem I've found with the PA22, being high-wing and me being a low-wing man is -

If you do a curving approach from downwind to finals, how do you see the runway? The bloody thing always disappears behind the wing and I end up with a shambolic series of jinks on finals to line up.

high wing

practise my son.........practise....

in all seriousness.....keeping your turns to a little under rate one helps...tips from my flight instructor helped too....work angles into your approaches in the circuit..works for me...and i do believe the 172 has a bigger windshield area than the tripacer...

by the way..got ICQ?....let me know and we can link up for chat

mine is 46259641
