I have recently started working through the online version of Who's Afraid of C++? and have encountered a problem regarding the "iostream.cc" and "string6.cc" files, I don't have them!

Were these files included on the CD ROM that came with the book and not with the DJGPP distribution? If this is so, where can I get hold of these files?
