Off the back of a quite spectacular wind-up period from LR (you on new pills Andy?) and reactions to it can we compile a list of subjects that have stopped meriting discussion because they're too dull? I actually like having folk other than geordies on here, as long as we're talking about football. Oh, and that's football now, not in the past please.

First on from me is the interminable nonesense about who had how many fans when they were shite. Not interested in seeing long-winded arguments and quotes from the f'ing Rothmans on how many were at Brighton on a Tuesday in February in 1936.

Glory hunters. We all know the Mancs have a large following from places other than Trafford. Get over it.

The media and how we or anyone else are portrayed. Stop it please. We know what the media at large is like i.e not fit to sniff the steam off my piss.

Dunca, It's all part of the fun, admittedly LR has had the plastic supporter jibe thrwn at him so many times he can cope with it now but it's all fair nonetheless. I think it's great having LR for the banter but we must be allowed to wind him up as he should us.

Personally, I'm happy to debate and discuss anything to do with football. Certainly in prefernce to who shagged who and where. I know I go off topic a few times myself, but we can always decide not to read some topics. Sadly, it isn't so easy as on the old Communicata BBS as you could see each message separately. This place would be a lot worse without the likes of LR. Just take a look at RTG or even The Strawberry if you don't like what goes on here.

Yep. You've got my vote Screach. I had a look at the Strawberry after the ManU match and it made me really appreciate this BBS - Kids chucking insults about. I'll be the first to agree that sometimes Andy winds me up and, in fact, annoys me. But the BBS would be a lot pooere if we stopped him posting 'cos we didn't like what he says sometimes. I'll say this for him. Win or lose him and his mates join you for a drink after the match. Total respect for turning up in the Strawberry after the 3-0. The only thing is I'm fed up with hearing about who's got the most fans, best supporters, and what happened 15 years ago etc. (and I don't think Andy started it) - Can we all change the record? Please?

Alleluya. A faint hint of maturity has managed to fight it's way to the surface. I've never met LR, but the point about him turning up at the Strawberry after the 3 - 0, says more about him to me than any of his piss takes that seem to get up so many people's hooters.
