Hi, y'all. I love you, but don't get too excited with the varied fonts, okay? Jill's "What Motivates You?" topic totally crashed and burned from all the reckless font usage going on over there. I tried to save it but Greenspun wouldn't let me. So...

Play it safe with fonts, people. If you don't think you can remember to close your end tags, let me know and I'll call you a cab.

Gwen, this has nothing to do with this topic, but I can't email you at work.

I just read the August 20 journal entry....please post the next segment asap! You can't leave us hanging!

Is the car OK? Did anyone help you? Was your stuff OK?

You'll have to tune in next week to find out, Lisa.

Just kidding. I'm about to start working on Dallas Part 5: The Song That Doesn't End. Let me wolf down this pizza...

(Spoiler: the story ends with me still being alive.)

God, Gwen. Some people like to be surprised, you know.

Heh. Okay, I wrote the last part, but I don't know if it's showing up on the index page yet. The server must be tired of accepting uploads or something.

As usual, your journal entry made me happy and sad at the same time.

One time, I had accidently locked my dogs in the van at a park (not in a great part of town.) I ran several blocks and saw this family getting out of their van and asked if I could use their phone. I called a friend and he said he'd come to get me but I gave hime the wrong park name (I didn't realize it.) Then the family said that they'd give me a ride back to the van. I also gave them the wrong park name, so when they went by the park I started getting a little freaked out (they weren't even slowing down.) Their kids were looking at me in a very strange way. Then my mind started racing (is this some kind of weird right-wing religious family who kidnaps people?) The driver was really booking and kept looking at me in the rearview mirror. Then I tried to open the door at the light (got to get out of here) and the doors were locked and I couldn't open them. I was really freaking inside by now. Bot the short answer is I got out of the van at the park that I told them originally.

I learned that I have way to much imagination, that I am afraid of really clen-cut families, and that I need to quit reading scary books! Plus, I'd really have trouble accepting rides from strangers.

Gwen, I'm glad it ended happily, even though you had to endure tire hell to get home. Welcome home. I hope it all works out!
