After three days....Mook is hanging on to his second place overall. He finished 4th for the day. It looks to me like Mook is the top American. He's got a good lead of Eric Bone (who looks to me to be the second American). Mook has 12 minutes on Bone.

All of OK is anxiously awaiting the updating of the results. How did Mook do on the 5th and final day? Did he run on a team in the Crystal Relays or did he rest that day (there are reports that he skipped the relays to let an ankle injury rest)? We should know soon.

Dr. Mook rested during the Crystal Relay. Some reports even have him being observed sunning himself in the Start/Finish area while sipping beverages and munching bagels in apparent oblivion to the enormous caloric expenditures everyone else around him was racing through. According to unofficial results, it appears Dr. Mook posted the best American time on Day 5, by at least several seconds.
