One would be a sovereign republic empire and the other a sovereign socialist empire...living in peace, of course and both fully self sustainable, one not beholden to the other for anything.

All people interested in personal development, who embrace the ideal of personal responsibility, a work ethic culminating in prosperity, and who are willing to take care of themselves and their own families should be invited to live in the republic.

All people who were interested in being dependent upon the empire for sustenance (aka handouts) or those with a poor work ethic and no sense of personal responsibility should be invited to live in the socialist empire. Of course, the folks who want to live in a group supported commune where each person must put in his fair share of sweat for the greater good of all should also be invited in.

Now ask yourself...how does the socialist empire create enough wealth in order to maintain all of life's necessities such as food, housing, clothes, heat for all of it's citizenry???????

2)-What about the person who, thru no fault of his own, is hit by a car and cannot take care of himself? Neither does he have a family to care for him. Which state does he live in?

You speak in stereotypical ignorance. There is no "solution for the world" that will work by dividing the people, it has to work for everyone. This has been the problem with humanity thus far has it not? Everyone wants to think "their group" will work better, so they compete against the groups of "the others". The real answer is that everyone must work together to help everyone else, and by doing so they help themselves.

Gee empire, considering "it" worked quite well for about a hundred years before the banksters and elitists came and shat upon (read: began the corruption of) the structure known as our "Extended Commercial Limited Federal Democratic Republic" Yep...right from James Madison. The *able bodied* who these days get handouts from the government (who has to steal it from the people who work for a living) was ushered in at the inception of the NEW DEAL, also known as the beginning of blatant socialism in this country.

LARS: Prior to the NEW DEAL, we did help each other. Churches were the centers of charity and assistance for the down and out. It worked quite nicely up until the bankster induced 1930's depression caused by a contraction of the money supply (not by the stock market crash) yep, a contraction in the money supply that seemed to magically reverse itself upon the US entering the 2nd world war. There was no money for business and agricultural pursuits for 8+ years but all of a sudden there was endless amounts of the stuff for the war machine, all courtesy of the Federal Reserve. Yeah, go ahead and tell me I'm off my ass about that one.

TEARS FOR FEARS, who do you suppose produced the food and created the wealth of this country as it stands today? You, me and the rest of us blue and white collar workers. The key word there is WORKER...not moocher. Oh, and by the way, the US contains about 6 percent of the world's population but holds about 56% percent of the world's wealth. Rather interesting, eh?
