How do you convert .asf files into .mpg files?

TMPEGEnc1.2b will do it for you. You have to have the mpeg-4 codecs install in your system first, before TMPEGEnc1.2b will process the ASF clip for you. Goto microsoft window media player download and download windowmedia tool 4.1 to install the mpeg-4 codecs. Install the codecs first and then the TMPEGEnc1.2b. It's important to do that in that order.
