Amongst other points mentioned in the New Football Charter is the issue of changing kits. It states that kits should remain for two seasons before they are changed.

Does this charter come into force immediately therefore ensuring that if you buy the away kit tomorrow it won't be changed until the end of season 2001/2002?

I'm getting one anyway!
