On the way back from dinner last night, I was talking to my friend about how much we missed the show Cupid.

Which shows do you miss?

The Monkees... I lost respect for TV when that happened

"Sledgehammer." The guy with the really big gun.

Sledgehammer... now that was a classic! Another one I miss was called The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones. Spielberg directed it (or produced it?). Anyway, it was great, but I heard it was cancelled because it was costing too much.

OH SHIT! I remember Sledgehammer... dammit that seems like it was so long ago. (And why the heck this is showing up out of order is a mystery to me.)

Ohhh when I was in Tower Records last night, I thought of something that I miss terribly! The Kroft Superstars shows. Bugaloos, H.R. Puffinstuff, Land of the Lost, etc...

Sigh... now those were the days...

Why can't they bring that out on DVD!!!

You know, if your VCR's weren't all wonky over there, I'd tape it for you. :)

Frank's Place. A witty, thought-provoking comedy, moved around the TV schedule so you couldn't find it from one week to the next. Cancelled because it "couldn't find an audience," when in fact the audience couldn't find IT. --Nancy
