Any discussion of The Wizard (or indeed any other Boys Own type comics of the 1950's and 60's) should surely be held elsewhere. I thought it got better when it became the "Rover and Wizard" personally, and Wally Brand and Matt Braddock were particular favourites of mine.

Equally, "Is this true" that the fans of the WBFC are hated by all and sundry? Do we care? Do we want to discuss on here what was said on a Liverpool BBS about another club and has apparently upset one of the aformentioned fans? The relevance of all this escapes me.

You are WRONG almost every time you mention my name (and I've noticed you do go out of your way to mention my name). You usually accompany this with personal abuse (whinging git, hypocrite etc), a level which I've never stooped to.

Whoa there lads! New season almost here, 67000 fans packed into OT for what should be a great game (lucky people) this should be a time of friendly banter not this name calling, finger wagging handbags at twenty paces crap. Leave it to the makems and the scousers to call everyone names. Rise above it, were all better than that, right? I really enjoy coming on here and having a bit of a chin wag, it helps me through my day, however it does bother me when individuals come on here and start and argument just for the sake of it. It's not fun anymore, it gets people riled up and it's unnecessary. We come on here click on a thread and read it, if it turns out to be something controversial we read on and then most of us feel the need to respond to make a point, to make a stand if you will. I will always back up the lads that stand up and be counted, Newcastle fans t'boot, they're all my brothers and sisters.
