quite frankly I don't give a damn. I was working the night of the European cup final. The night of the barca loss last year I watched it with all the Men of Kent I work with who support manU (serious) and i commiserated. You might go on about being 'winners' or what ever but I don't feel any empathy for ManUre nor any of it's supporters, when Becks and the boys run out against Bayern Munich or what ever I don't feel that you are 'one of us' that much and so what ever support there is is luke warm at best. There are lots of people I meet round the country who are a little mad and demonstrate that by going to football and being and little mad about their team, and they have my respect, fact is, and this is only my experience talking, I don't meet many manUre fans like that who travel from gawd knows where to go to a match. I'm sure they are there, but I don't meet 'em. I for one don't dispise ManUre fans but when I meet a fan of said team it's apathy and a feint sense that 'you aren't one of us' (as a football fan) and we have nowt in common, which sadly I could to a 'pool fan. Harp on about winners all you like LR, it's not personal (and I don't like the attitude of the stuff you started with) it's just there is a great big community of peopel out there that all have somthin' in common, except you....sad that's all.
