Remember "Salford Lass"? It's a shame none of us

got tickets for OT: we could have done an equally "amusing" summary of the day out.... "Man United is never my favourite away trip - it's so far away, it's always wet when you get there and you spend most of the day avoiding snipers and flying knives from the wholly yardee drug-crazed population". Anyone care to continue?

the last time I was at Man U our special got stuck in Rotherham and we didn't arrive until half time, when i say us i mean like 4 or 5 thousand geordies. Anyway I remember it being wet, miserable and people speaking with forked tongues, very disparaging. I can remember distinctly thinking what a waste of time and money. Coming out of the ground was liking walking through some of the worst parts of shields (no offense lads) And why is it that they all dress the same in dirty jeans and a hand-me-down Man U shirt from the seventies.

Oi Syme. SOme of us have to live down there and work in the vicinity. Any offers for a couple of weeks in nice warm foreign parts would be gratefully received.
