How is budget for R.A.Y.A.C put together for districts outside the Africa Continent. What are the contents entailed / covered by this budget. Who covers the costs (local churches or budgeted from a central fund (C.E.D).the Council is fairly new in the 19th District & we trying to find our feet, please help us if you have information.

Most churches in the U.S. do not have active RAYAC organizations. The concept is a new spin off from the old "RAYC" and it really has not caught on. My suggestion to you is that you determin what it will cost to start the group and run the group and make it a line item in your central budget fund.
