Have anybody experiences with connection of this flash (Sigma EF-430 Super) with Canon EOS (300)? I mean if would be be possible to use E-TTL or high speed sync. Thanks.

I haven't used it, but it's my understanding that Sigma makes no claims about being E-TTL compatible. The only third party flash that is, is a Metz unit, unless that's changed recently. I have been told that the Sigma EF-430 Super will do both high speed and rear curtain sync though.

Sigma also make the claim that it will do wireless TTL with some camera makes, but the information I've gotten is that it only works with Minolta cameras. Does anyone know for sure if this includes the Canon EOS series? Sigma's website wasn't very helpfull the last time I looked.

Sigma (Germany) sent me reply that this flash for Canon EOS300 "only the version up from serial number 80070001" makes E-TTL and FP (high speed synchro). They also mention "In case you want to buy Eos 3 in future, please pay attention for the serial number above 80080000". Do you know something about this connection?
