I was at a dog show today and I was explaining to some breeders there that I had gotten a dog via the Internet. I had told them the breeders name and said that the breeder said that she showed frequently and has been breeding for 30 years. No one there had heard of this breeder. They informed me about this website and told me to write and ask if you know of a breeder named Jan Maxwell out of Florence, Oregon. Her kennel is named M and N Expressions. I need to know any information about a Jan Maxwell in Florence, Oregon. She is a breeder of Standard Poodles. Her Kennel's name is M and N Expressions. She states that she has been breeding and showing for 30 years. Yet, at today's dog show in Fort Collins, Colorado, no on had ever heard of here, and the recommended that I use this website to gain further information. I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hi Christina, You have come to the right place to find some support of your dog purchase! You might want to mention what dog show you attended, so that some breeders who were represented there might be able to help you better. Maybe someone on this list has some direct knowledge of this person. How did you find M and N Expressions-Jan Maxwell? Does she have a web site? Could you post that information? Does Ms Maxwell have any references? Does she do testing of her dogs and do you have that information avaiable to you? Are the sire and dam available for inspection? How will you procure your dog? How old is the dog that you are planning on purchasing? Does Ms Maxwell have any champion dogs that she can provide references of? There really are a lot of questions about your purchase that you might want to WAIT for answers before proceeding. Please keep the PSG informed and in a nutshell, BE CAUTIOUS. I hope this helps!
