CASH machine users couldn't believe
their luck when it paid out double money.

The Lloyds TSB hole-in-the-wall in
Southsea, Hampshire, attracted a queue of
30 people before police arrived.

Some customers had even called pals
on their mobile phones during the cash
frenzy.

It is thought the machine was paying
out pounds 20 notes instead of pounds 10
notes from 3.30pm on Thursday to 1am
yesterday. The bank said it wouldn't be
demanding the cash back.
