landscape photography at night

Hello,

Can you give me some tips on using a digital camera to photograph lanscape at night. I am interested in photographing primarily residential landscapes that are lit by light fixtures. Thank you kindly.

Well, obviously, a tripod or some sort of stable mount is required, unless you're really fond of blur. Long exposures or a bulb mode are a must. A circular polarizer filter might help with glare from some lights. I guess the rest depends on the effects you're looking for. Keep the ISO setting as low as possible to minimize noise.
