Anyone know where i can download a program that can create vcd's that is not a trial program and is free? Can anyone who has the a program send it to me if that is possible?

iknow what you can do but you need to go to www.nero.com and download nero burning rom demo but i will give you a serial number for it on this you can burn cds plus vcd and somewhere you can download a svcd plugin which lets you burn svcds i will email you the serial number
