This was just a quick and dirty dodge and burn, but I'm working on learning how to mask in Photoshop to do this kind of work. Traditionally, it's in the printing stage where the real potential of a picture is realized.

Was this taken in Ocean Beach? I go here all the time and shoot. Don't tell Jeff I shoot 35mm people shots. It'd ruin my rep. It's a nice place to shoot though the lighting is awful except at sunrise or sunset. Do you live in SoCal? Lots of potential here. James
