Help finding SLR camera with the followin

I am looking for an SLR style digital camera. I would like it to be in the 2.2+ MP, have a short audio/vidieo movie feature, Through the lens viewfinder, and not as important a burst mode for rapid shots.

The Sony CD1000 and Oly C-2100 are not true SLR, but have a CCD TTL viewfinder which is used similar to SLR. Both are 2.1 MP, have stabilized 10x zoom lens. The Oly has burst mode, the Sony does not. The Sony viewfinder is much higher resolution than the O

Don't forget to include the Mavica FD95 (You would have to pay another $240 +/- for a floppy adapter and a 64mb Memory Stick)

Also, the CD1000 and FD95 are not true TTL. They use a miniture LCD screen.

Of coarse, if you have $3000 you could get the Nikon D1.

I don't believe the Nikon D1 has any audio capture capabilities (too bad). On - and where on earth can a Nikon D1 be purchased for $3000? I haven't found one for less than $4900 - for body only and then you need to sink another $1000 to $1400 for lens, media, flash, etc.
If you know of a reputable dealer selling this for less please let me know!

The viewfinder and LCD on the CD1000 and FD95 are definitely TTL. Although it is video, they show the same view as the CCD sees through the lens. They are not SL
