Recommend Best Free Web Site Hosting?

I know some of you have web sites on free hosts. I'd like to get another location to host some pages. Can you recommend some places that you've liked?

Lisa, I started a site on Chickpages.com. They give you 5MB of memory (which I'll never use all of!) and all kinds of different page builders, depending on your HTML skills (or lack thereof, in my case!). They have good information, if you want too use HTML, or basic pages with different background, clip art, yadda yadda yadda, web site stuff. And you don't have to download anything.

I've been shopping around for more web space, for a project I have. Netcolony.com has either unlimited or 100MB or free space (either way, it's too much!). (I don't remember, but I think...) They have message boards and a guest book as part of their pages.

There are free web log spaces...

You could do a search on Yahoo! for free web space, and you'd find several guides that would point you to the kind of web space you're looking for.

I did the free space thing and ended up paying for it...so to speak. It sucked. So I now pay $10 a month for 50 megs of space and am very happy so far.

I like homepage.com simply because you get an easy to remember URL - yourname.homepage.com

I have a page on freeservers.com, and I've been pretty happy with them. Of course, it's not a very flashy page or anything. But it works for what we've got.

I've heard really good things about Doteasy, but I'm not sure about all the details. You can check it out, tho.
