August 12 at the Northern Rivers Branch Meeting I reported on the State Council Meeting of June 24th. I mentioned (inter alia) there would be a new activity about which I was bound over not to describe it as a 'chat roon' but as a BULLETIN BOARD. Like somebodies hair cream - it would not happen immediately but IT WOULD HAPPEN.
