Times up for DENNIS OLSON on his promise to give his preps to a local Food Bank

(And in case anyone questions the following: I have the TV interview on my VCR showing the grossly overweight Olson playing the role of the prudent doomer who would make the donation to the Food Bank. I've thought about calling the reports for a "follow up" story.)

During his 3 minutes of fame in Jan.2000, Dennis Olson stated on National TV Syndicated News, that "along about July, ......we will donate most of your supplies to the local food bank." To this day, I have never seen a statement from Doomer Dennis that he has done so. Perhaps he is still waiting for "Y2k" to strike.

In the meantime, his "opinion" about ANYTHING, has a value of less than zero as far as I and many others are concerned.

Why do you care? How about putting that fine mind of yours to work on something pressing, such as an inexpensive cure for ragweed allergies.

Dennis should pay attention to something the CEEP says.

Really?

You're not well, Mr. Reuben. If vindication was so important to you that you taped your combatants, then I pity you. In the final analysis, America did not care what you, Olson, North, Milne, Yardeni, Yourdon, etc said about Y2k. A life awaits you, if you care about t

I didn't tape it COLLINS, the PRESS AND TV REPORTERS DID. And DENNIS LAPPED IT ALL UP. When it showed up on DALLAS TV I put it on VCR. THAT was about Jan. 4-10.

ITS NOW AUG. 6th. TIME TO SHIT OR GET OF HIS EXTRA WIDE POT.

For all we know, Charles, maybe he did give all his preps to a local food bank. Maybe he didn't. I personally don't know one way or the other. I personally don't care one way or the other, either. And even if he said he did, would you believe him? (Be truthful, now.)

As far as any "National TV Syndicated News" shows go -- I would think they probably care about any Y2k-related stores now even less than they did before the rollover.

For all we know, the Olson family may have had to dip into those supplies when Dennis lost his job near the beginning of the year. I can't see why anyone would care if he's given the food away or not.

Let's hope this is not a case of Cpr assuming that still having the food would be a sign Dennis Olsen is a domestic subversive or a threat to the nation. That would be level of paranoia the early 1950s was known for.....
