Hi, Please help: I ripped a DVD on to my Harddrive using dod speed ripper, now I have four VOB files (about 1gig each) which I can play on my cyberlink DVD player. Next how do I convert the files to a VCD? I tried using DVD2MPEG and Panasonic premier plugging 2.1 as well as I down loaded the Xing decoder but now Im totally confused. Can someone direct me phase by phase as to the process of creating a VCD on two disk?

Use Flaskmpeg to convert VOB files to Mpeg files and then write it to VCD
