You may want to check the following: *Get a new software player *Make sure your CD drive can read the disc (to do this, go to the "My Computer" icon located on the desktop, select your CD drive, and make sure the are there) *View the disc by opening .dat files in Microsoft Media Player Good Luck

Hello you might want to download i-on vcd player. you can download it for free on their website. I can't remember their website. go to download.com and type vcd player on their search engine.

Or use windows media player. Open it and click for files of type "all files". Go to the mpegav map and click on that icon. That should do it.

Use Yahoo and search for the keyword "Xing Mpeg Player". Download it. It is free. This is a good software to allow you to watch your vcd movies. You can also capture and export screen shots using this software.

I tried Lalim VCD Player and it works great... Download it and try it ... it is small and requires MS Media Player.

Here are my 5 favorite vcd players and free too! (Ak Player) (Jiao MPEGPlayer)(VCD Power Player)(XingMPEG Player)

All of these works great on my pentium 100mhz computer so its going to work on yours too. I tried all of these because i just bought crouching tiger hidden dragon and I wanted to see which one was the best and these are the top five for me at least

question at faye_wong@runbox.com bye:)
