This question is aimed at the authors of this site, in the review you said you got a firmware upgrade for the camera, but never used it, and that Tosh have pulled it, do you still have a copy of the upgrade? I bet every M4 owner out there would like it.

Richard; It appears you have a Tosh M4. Perhaps you can provide some insight into my problem. I began to have what appeared to be a white balance problem. In talking to Toshiba tech support, they recommended the firmware upgrade. Upon installing the upgrade, the camera shutter ceased to function (LCD functions, etc. still work). also Image Expert does not recognize the camera any more. I got an upgrade from Image Expert but no luck. Any ideas? Marv Davis
