Potato Flake Starter

Need a recipe for bread stater that is fed with potato flakes? My mom has lost her recipe and is seaching high and low for one.

Sour dough starter: 1 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 c. lukewarm water 2 T sugar 2 C warm water 2 1/2 T. all purpose flour. Mix yeast with 1/2 c. warm water. Mix sugar with 2 cups warm water and flour. Add yeast mixture. Let set in glass jar covered with a cloth for 5 days.

Sour dough feed: Put the initial sour dough starter in refrigerator for 3-5 days. Take out and feed with this mixture:

3/4 C sugar 1 C Warm water 3 T. instant potatoes

Mix well and add to starter. Let starter stand out of refrigerator all day . Remove 1 1/4 cup to make bread. Return remaining to refrigerator. Make bread with starter.
