Your in luck. There is a way to play MPEG's on Dreamcast. First you need GypPlay. Once you get that burn your MPEG videos to a CD-R in Juliet systemfile in Mode 1 (CDROM only, not CDROM XA). Next Boot up your dreamcast with a boot cd and place your VCD in and Enjoy. You can find all the info and tools you need at www.dccopyworld.com (Look for "Play VCD's on your DC" at the far right of the screen.
