Petit's form towards the end of last season dipped. Overmars was out injured. Major dent in the Arse's squad but for that amount of money i'd have sold them. Wonder who Wenger has in mind to replace them?

Petit was carrying injuries for the latter part of last year, wasn't he? Wasn't that why he made only a cameo (Word Up) appearance in Euro2000?

I'll never forgive Over-rated's cheating throw-in that embarrassed Kanu so much in that FA Cup tie (reminder: opposition knocked ball out of play for an injury to be attended, when Overmars took a quick throw in for Kanu to score, while the defenders stood still...to his credit, Wenger asked for a replay - which Arse won...arse).

That throw-in was bad, but I'm not sure kanu was that innocent. He wasn't embarrassed enough not to kick it into the goal!

At the time I remember that he made out that he never knew the throw- in was for an injury, and certainly afterwards he looked upset. Then again, shouldn't a player on the pitch be aware of what's going on? Hmmm.
