I was wondering what's with all the references to religion and christ in "Be Mine" like "I want to wash you with my hair". The more I listen to it the more I think that Stipey's singing about Jesus, but that's absurd. Is the religious imagery coincidence or what? Help Me!!!

Be Mine is quite simply one of the best love songs ever. I think all the religious imagery symbolises that the love of the protagonist is so strong and so important to his life it is like a religion.
