Do any of you lads n lasses know when the resorve season starts? Am determined to get to a few reserves games this season. On a related topic, I'd expect Alan Shearer to nail his management colours firmly on the mast by attending a few of these games this season...

I can't see it happening really! 40k a week, even when he's coming back from injuries it'll be specially arranged games with strict instructions on not tackling the number 9....but then again, Bobby doesn't seem to respect reputation: if the workrate dropped he'd be down their like a shot.

Actually, it's not a bad idea. Might break the cycle of emptiness and cold. The more people show up to watch Shearer, more body heat to snuggle into. Better environment, less oppressive, more people next time......How much are thermos flasks going for nowadays?
