does anyone know if a software program exists that can do the following:

Resize an entire batch of photos (jpeg or gif) into a certain pixel size (280) without having to resize each picture manually?

the application would be to resize used car photos for car dealership's inventory website after capturing them with a digital camera...

I-View will do this. It is Freeware http://softwarecenter.net/irfanview/

Adobe Photoshop will also do this.

The whole point of PhotoShop is to enjoy each image one by one.
