How many STARTING appearances for Everton will he make in the Season? How many times will he be subbed? How many goals will he score?
Tie - Breaker How many Yellow cards in the season (Red counts as 2 yellow)

Walter, Archie and Goffy will keep the lad in line, lost half a stone, Everton have lost there midfield, but Gazza lost the plot at Boro, its an interesting one,!! I would say as long as he does not turn it on against us, majority on here would like to see him come good again, play a lot, score and get back into the national scene. Last chance saloon, so I go -: Starts..........27 (injured) Subbed.......... 6 Goals .......... 9 Yellows......... 8.

You're right Buff, the heart says "he can still do it", but the head says Kevin Keegan has more chance of getting back into the England side.
He's 32 years old, with a 45 year old injury prone body, and a 14 year old brain.

Starts 18 - Subbed 9 - Goals 6 - Yellows 7 - Reds 2

One of the most interesting questions I've seen on here.Poor owld Gazza. (That phrase is a bit like that time some journo sees George Best in a bar. Best is a football millionaire, his Lotus is parked outside, Best has 2 Miss Worlds hanging on to him and the journo asks "Where did it all go wrong George?")
I certainly don't want to dance on the player's grave but IMHO he's finished and I said at the start of last season that I thought last season would be the end of him. He's 33, no realistic chance of playing for England again (so the motivation can't be easy) and the strain of keeping fit must be taking it's toll. Some players can go on into their 30's when they have looked after themselves. Gazza has obviously not done so and at this level of pro sport cannot seriously be expected to compete. He has a marvelous talent and it's a shame we have seen so little of it. I've always felt he needed a psychiatrist more than he ever needed a coach or a manager.
Having said that, I'll be pleased for him if we do see a little Indian Summer to his career, and Smith may be the manager to conjure that out of him, but I have my doubts. All the best Gazza but:-
Starts 6, Subbed 5, Goals 1, Yellows 4.
