Hmmmm does anyone see a similarity here?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TB2K spinoff uncensored : One Thread

Look asshole, stop disrupting threads with your bullshit. YOU CONTRIBUTE NOTHING OF VALUE TO THIS BOARD, but I suspect it is the same in whatever serves as your "REAL LIFE". Like I said, I almost feel sorry for you.

NOT. LOLOL.....

-- Patricia (PatriciaS@lasvegas.com), July 19, 2000.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------In keeping with the newfound spirit of apology that Andy Ray has displayed, I wish to apologize to him, as follows: Andy, you are a worthless bag of pus. Your writing is juvenile and without any value, whether in logical analysis, style, content, or any other characteristic.

YOU HAVE CONTRIBUTED NOTHING OF VALUE TO THIS FORUM, and are a laughing stock among those of us who have the slightest understanding of the REAL WORLD.

As far as I'm concerned, you are a waste of space and should be shunned by all who have any respect for themselves or for logic or reality.

What I am apologizing for is not treating you the same as everyone else who is as worthless as you. There's no reason to single you out, when there are so many other examples of human debris available.

I hope you will accept this apology in the spirit in which it was offered.

No.

Me neither.

-- (hmm@hmm.hmm), July 19, 2000.

Well then, you must be blind.

How many personalities do you have anyway Patricia?

-- xxxxxxx (x@x.xxxx), July 19, 2000.

Um, *one*, the last time I looked. But why should you believe me? It's apparent that you've already made up your mind.

Jeez, what do you people *multiply* or something?

-- Patricia (PatriciaS@lasvegas.com), July 19, 2000.

Pat, perhaps they are amoeboid's?

ROFLMAO, sumer :-)

-- consumer (shh@aol.com), July 19, 2000.

LOL, consumer!! You know, you don't see the word "amoeboid's" in too many posts ;-)

-- Patricia (PatriciaS@lasvegas.com), July 19, 2000.

A friend of mine has always thought that the words "roast beef" were funny. You have to say it several times and think about it, but I kind of agree :-)

Keeping in spirit with the thread,

Frank

>>Jeez, what do you people *multiply* or something?<< No, there are several of us who can't stand you. Why do you post? Do you always butt in where you aren't welcome?

-- (Patricia h@s to.go), July 19, 2000.

No, there are several of us who can't stand you.

Looks more like a single person using anonymous, ever-changing IDs. How original. LOL!

-- (hmm@hmm.hmm), July 19, 2000.

"Jeez, what do you people *multiply* or something?"

Patricia, what do you mean by "you people"? I thought you didn't pain people with the same brush.

In case you haven't noticed it, you seem to be a little testy lately.

-- (Why @re you acting like .this?), July 19, 2000.

Hmmm@hmmm you don't know jack.

I do not dislike Patricia. I just think the similarities of those two posts are uncanny. Someone was very hateful towards AndyRay and I think they should receive credit where credit is due. Nothing more, nothing less.

Where are those writing experts anyway?

-- xxxxxx (Xxx@xx.xxxxx), July 19, 2000.

Sheesh,

WTF? Has everyone turned into englis majors...??????

Damn I go away a few days and it all turns to crap....LOL...

LMAO----sumer

-- consumer (shh@aol.com), July 19, 2000.

No. It doesn't.

-- FutureShock (gray@matter.think), July 19, 2000.

"No, there are several of us who can't stand you. Why do you post? Do you always butt in where you aren't welcome?"

What, did I cut you off in traffic or something? And then "several" of you? Who the hell are you anyway? And who are YOU to say that I'm not "welcome"? What, did you have a freaking meeting and take a vote? Formed a committee, did you? Did you draft a Charter -- Things We Can't Stand About Patricia? Was She's Nice to People number one? You "can't stand" me, but you discuss me offline? Sorry, but *who's* the pathetic one around here? (HINT: It's not *me*.)

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so stupid.

Well, OK, the part about the Committee *is* hilarious.

"Patricia, what do you mean by "you people"? I thought you didn't pain people with the same brush.

In case you haven't noticed it, you seem to be a little testy lately."

Well, "in case you haven't noticed", I've been anonymously "cyber-attacked" periodically over the past few months. I think I have tolerated this crap long enough. I have every right "to be a little testy lately", especially when you consider that I'm not normally "testy"; I'm usually quite nice to just about everyone (which, apparently, has been one of the complaints of the Anonymous Committee of Several Who Can't Stand Me). Though I should have taken Anita's advice and just ignored the whole thing.

By "you people" I meant the anonymous ones (including the author of this thread, about whom I was wrong) who keep posting the garbage about me. I apologize for the unclear generalization.

"I do not dislike Patricia. I just think the similarities of those two posts are uncanny. Someone was very hateful towards AndyRay and I think they should receive credit where credit is due. Nothing more, nothing less.

Where are those writing experts anyway?"

You can call in all the "writing experts" you want; all you really had to do was ask *me* (email addy is real). I didn't write that to Andy Ray, though I can see how (based on *one post* of mine wherein I happened to use *two similar phrases*) you would come to that conclusion.

Believe me or not as you choose. Andy Ray knows I didn't write it to him, and that's all that really matters. I don't see why you had to start a whole new thread to find out, though.

-- Patricia (PatriciaS@lasvegas.com), July 19, 2000.

I apologize for the second post here, but I forgot a rather important point to "xxx (x@x.x)".

See if you can spot the "similarities" here:

From the thread entitled I apologise, Sysman:

"And Andy, your short-comings are manifest. Still, credit where credit is due. Nicely said. But why do I think it wil be back to business as usual by tomorrow?

-- (nemesis@awol.com), July 19, 2000."

And from this very thread:

"Hmmm@hmmm you don't know jack.

I do not dislike Patricia. I just think the similarities of those two posts are uncanny. Someone was very hateful towards AndyRay and I think they should receive credit where credit is due. Nothing more, nothing less.

Where are those writing experts anyway?

-- xxxxxx (Xxx@xx.xxxxx), July 19, 2000."

And here, *the exact same phrase* is used; not *similar*, but *exactly the same*. Kinda makes you wonder, doesn't it?

But you see, while I very definitely noticed it, I just chalked it up to the order in which you read the threads; the phrase probably stuck in your mind. Besides, "nemesis" is already an anonymous handle; why would one need yet another anonymous handle on top of an already anonymous handle? IOW, I gave you "credit where credit is due". Should I have?

-- Patricia (PatriciaS@lasvegas.com), July 19, 2000.

off?

-- Sysman (y2kboard@yahoo.com), July 19, 2000.

Yea, they are similar. So what? Look, since we don't have IP addresses posted here, this is just a big waste of time, effort, and bandwidth, guessing who is who. Unless someone says that they are posting under different handles, you'll never figure it out. As an old sysop, I know of what I speak...

The "word" can only be used is a limited number of ways. Someone did a very good imitation of my "style" a few days ago. I was impressed.

Can't we find better things to discuss?

<:)=

PS - Don't worry about it, Patricia.

-- Sysman (y2kboard@yahoo.com), July 19, 2000.

Patricia,

For what it's worth, count me as one who never doubted for a minute that you were and are only you.

You know, I specifically recall a debate with a guy here a while back, where I threw a neat, colorful phrase at him that IMHO helped me to win the point we were discussing; as I recall, he didn't even respond. What was kinda wild was that apparently I'd first seen the phrase in one of his own posts a few weeks before, and I'd semi- consciously picked it up. (To this day I'm not sure if he caught it...):)

Patricia, you're one of the most precious posters on the forum. Although I agree with Anita that you should ignore this stuff, if it ever starts to get to you and you want to vent, you can always e-mail me.

-- eve (eve_rebekah@yahoo.com), July 19, 2000.

Allright netghost

come out come out wherever you are =)

-- cin (cin@cin.cin), July 19, 2000.

Sorry cin, It's not me. And I don't think I'll be posting under that handle again... unless you call me :-)

Bye,

-- Netghost (ng@no.yr), July 19, 2000.

Patricia, I see your point. I am not nemesis.

My apologies.
