What I was asking is whether you originally applied to the waiting list for 2 seats.

I applied for just me. Now little Bobby is coming along I will try to get him on the list alongside me - he's not going on his own until he's old enough! - and I would expect that if I asked for us to be considered as a single waiting list place, they would have to give me the same weighting as when I put Bobby on the list, not the date I originally applied. Otherwise Bobby would be jumping the queue.

If you didn't apply for 2 originally, this might be the reson you received the letter later than expected. Not saying it is, just that it's a possibility.

Just a quick note to thank you guys for your warm welcome back yesterday (tried posting earlier but the system seemed down). All being well it'll be more than a fleeting visit. Not sure if Stam's ball ever re-orbited Softie (btw are you a Dad yet?). Shame they're so useless at penalties as the spontaneous street-parties after the Yugoslavia drubbing were a lot of fun.

Anyone coming over for the Feyenoord friendly?

Hi Stevo! Not a Dad yet - supposed to be end of August, but head is definitely pointing downwards and missus can't get any bigger (Clarky, I now know what you meant when you said she wasn't big when you saw her in the Strawberry - bloody frightening!).

Terrific penalty that one...the funny thing is that had it been on target it would be remembered as the hardest kick anyone had ever seen and keepers would fling themselves to the ground every time he took a run up ever afterwards. Waht a shame it didn't come off :-) Shame it wasn't for Newton Heath though!
