I don't claim to know much about Maine Coons, but I've been doing a little bit of research on them lately, and I've seen prices for kittens (from breeders) range from $300 to $500 for a pet quality kitten. A friend of mine found a breeder who sells kittens for $100- $200 (or at least that's what I understood), and I've also seen a Maine Coon Rescue that was selling kittens for $650 (!!!!). So there are a broad range of prices out there....it probably depends on the breeder, and whether or not they have had the kitten spayed or neutered, etc.
